What To Expect

If your appointment is at 1:00pm, your therapist will be there at the provided address at 1:00pm. Please allow approximately 20 minutes time for set up and consultation. Once the massage is complete, please allow approximately 20 minutes break down time. Example, if your appointment is at 1:00pm for a 120 minute massage, expect the therapist to leave your residence around 3:10pm.

If the client is late more than 15 minutes they will be charged at least half of the massage session and the therapist may or may not have the time to proceed with the massage session. If the client cancels their massage session within a 24-hour window, they will be charged half of the session. If the client doesn’t cancel the session, they will be charged for the full session.

The massage therapist remains professional at all times. If the therapist feels uncomfortable at any time or experienced any kind of sexual harassment or indecent exposure, the massage session will end immediately and the client will be fully charged for the massage session time.
